So…this was our first project for Volcom, a cheeky little Facebook Graph microsite for the Amsterdamn Am skateboard event.
The Volcom Amsterdamn Am is one of the biggest amateur skate events in the Europe, but with spots in the line up limited to the best of the best, we thought we’d give skate heads from around Europe the chance to get involved.
All you needed to do was submit a YouTube clip of yourself pulling your best trick (or failing to pull a trick, as the case may be). Volcom picked their favourites for public vote. The clip with the most votes by the end of Amsterdamn Am won some awesome Volcom stuff, and each day they picked a lucky voter to win an exclusive prize.
Over the weekend of the event, we also hosted a live stream so you could see how it’s really done.
